Solid Specs
I enjoy these glasses. Mine are not warped and the hing action is just right. They have some heft to them which makes them feel well built and sturdy. They fit my face comfortably and the lenses are above average. Overall they are a great value and I would buy them again.

Great Quality Designer Frames
I've ordered a few designer frames over the years and have usually been disappointed. These were an awesome surprise. The build quality is solid and the lenses were above average. You're not going to compare these to RE, Maui Jim's or Serengeti, but they were top level for fashion icon lenses. Overall a solid buy!

Style, Function, Comfort
For the Drop price, this was a deal. Polarized lenses are the only ones I use for sunglasses, and these do a great job of cutting down glare and light. Frames are robust and have held up very well. Folded, they are a bit bulky to fit in a front pocket, but I am usually wearing them on my face.

Mine are twisted as well. They sit crooked on the face.
In my opinion they are unacceptable and I will be requesting a refund.
Could these be factory seconds or customer returns?

The design is alright, I didn't expect much but mine is warped as well. I can't say I'm too impressed. I wouldn't be surprised if these are factory 2nds.
