The Tada68 is an excellent quality build and solid aluminum case is great. Having the arrow keys is a nice feature, and I've also programmed mine to use the letter keys "J,K,L,I" in conjunction with Caps lock as arrows. The physical arrow keys are great for scrolling up/down on a website, but if I already have both hands on the keyboard I prefer the letters. You can have it both ways.

My tada68 was delivered 3days early. But couldn't reach it until today (No fault of the company). I love this layout, very mid to late 90s look to the caps. I got mine with blue text keycaps and Gateron blacks. I also ordered the aluminum case. It came made in the plastic case but the aluminum case makes this thing SOLID.
I would give this 4.75 stars if I could only because I wish it could be delivered in the aluminum case. But, replacing the case is minimum effort, and pretty easy, so more 5 star than 4.
Fantastic board would recommend to anyone looking for a programmable 60%

Thought the switches would be a bit light but I have come around to them. Nice sound and feel while typing, has a soft feel that isn't fatiguing . As with the vortex my typing accuracy has improved vastly using this over no-name rubber dome boards. Nice.

It's not the most flashy keyboard out there for casual users like myself. I don't program my board or bother with modding the switches or case, but I love this keyboard to bits. The gateron browns are a perfect balance between tactility, control, and 'lightness.' And the keycaps feel incredibly well made with a nice matte surface and a thick chunky feel to them with very neat legends that don't have a crappy gamer font. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a 'normal' non-rgb 60-ish% sized keyboard that comes with fantastic keycaps.

Really nice keyboard! Unfortunately, like others have said, the soldering job is pretty shoddy. I would never have noticed but the "R" key mysteriously repeats randomly when depressed. So instead of a single "R" I get "RR" and end up sounding like a pirate. I'm going to try resoldering that switch to see if that solves the problem. I did pull the board and took some photos. There are solder flakes all over that could lead to shorts or other reliability issues. If I wanted a poor soldering job I would have bought a kit and done it myself ;)

After an almost three month delay in delivery time, I wasn't going to leave a bad review because I know how drops sometimes delay like this. But when I plug the board in, one of the keys won't activate unless I press all the way down. Took the board apart and saw that the soldering job is absolutely terrible. One of the leads of a switch is missing, and the manufacturer didn't bother to solder a good switch on. Instead, they just left it like this.

Had to fill the hole with solder so that the plate and the switch can make contact. I'm fine with the absolutely terrible delivery time, but the quality of the product is absolutely disappointing.

Update number 2: Returning both boards I bought and just buying the kit from kbdfans to solder myself. What a joke, glad I waited half a year trying to save myself a few bucks just to end up buying it full price anyway. Update: Keyboard is not fine. Took apart to put in preferred switches and the soldering on it was so bad, one of the tab key connectors just isn't there on the pcb. Keyboard is fine. Massdrop customer service is the absolute worst. I paid for this keyboard in May, expected it in August, and just now received it at the end of October. Drop was delayed by 2 entire months with absolutely no communication publicly, and very vague responses through email support tickets. Massdrop needs to do a better job of communicating with their suppliers and then also to their customers, there is absolutely no situation where it's acceptable to have that long of a delay and no idea of when the product will actually ship.

The drop is standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Glad the aluminum case was included as an option. Chose Gateron browns (mistake) so I replaced them with Kailh Cream switches (lubed with Kryotox 205). Sings like butter on leather now. Soldering on the board wasn't great by the way. Only issue I had was with my "w" key. Its profile is Row 3 for some reason:

The USB port was faulty and doesn't sit the plug well.
