Titanium lifesaver, cool but I have no idea what I'd really use it for. Probably would just go into my junk box with other trinkets and novelty items. Generally I like the TEC stuff, but pass on this one.

Of all the items that could serve a major purpose to this community, why oh WHY would Massdrop offer an $18. (+maybe shipping) tiny little metal BEAD?? We could all buy A BEAD easily at our local JoAnns, Walmart, etc. The offerings have really been getting darn sparse lately within the communities I'm familiar with. I agree with PaladinMan187 . . . Massdrop may be loosing their touch.

I vote a lot - but posted top three selected results don't match up like they used to with the offered products in the community I visit the most. Also, the number of items offered at any one time within the community has been low.

I have to say I don't get this either. But my response is simply not to buy it. There's a lot of things in the world I don't get, so I don't see why the hate for it.

I ordered one in the last drop, I just use mine as something to fidget with at work. I can't find any issues with the quality, the milling is exact and uniform, and the colour is very vibrant (I have the blue/ purple looking one). If you like dropping money on random stuff just for the sake of it, I'd have no reason to tell you otherwise.

Did they scan a life-saver for their CAD model? I swear these are the exact dimensions minus the lettering.

It's a nifty looking bobble, but for $20 it is pretty useless to most guys. It caught my eye for a female friend of mind who would wear the set in a stack for gay pride, lol. If they actually engraved "lifesavers" into the side to more closely resemble the candy it might bring the value up for people as the pun would be more obvious. Also if it was Tungsten, at least you could use a stack of them as sort of monkey fist to someone's head, Lol 😂. Or perhaps as an expensive sinker on a survival fishing rig.

JonasHeinemanSir, @JonasHeineman thanks for the update. I'm starting to get upset with Massdrop. I'm seeing more and more small mistakes like this lately. Either there isn't much of a price discount at all or the list price is below the drop price. Massdrop got a lot of my money when I first joined because they offered what I wanted at a decent price point and I was happy. Lately I'm starting to think Massdrop is losing its touch or just getting too big for its own good. I do have to say You *JonasHeineman* and Cara of Community Support have both been on point. Cara was immensely prompt and accommodating when I recently had an issue. If it weren't for you both, I would have left Massdrop this morning after seeing this most recent error. Thanks for the info.
