Bought a pair of Amazon on Friday for $30 and they just showed up ... so far, impressed with the sound for that price. It's a very lively IEM; at a lower than normal volume out of my Fiio M6 these are big, loud and impactful. Kinda like sitting really close to the stage at a concert. They aren't going to win a comparison with several other headphones. Bass is good but not as tight as something that's in a higher price range. Imagining and sound stage... eh, closed so not really their lane (but for $30 ~ $40 not really expecting amazing).
These seem to be good some casual listening and for music that's more energetic, something more more subdued and detailed I'd look as something else.
In a way these are great for the price but also remind me why some IEM's are more expensive.
bigshelDude...the T2 Galaxy are amazing for $60 and a absolute STEAL at that price. I have more expensive gear and I’m very impressed with the T2 Galaxy. Maybe you’re not driving your pair with enough power? I have mine hooked up to a Schiit stack and they deliver the good in all genres. Not sure what’s not to like at even $60.
bigshelWell you did say they remind you of why some iems are more expensive which seems like a harsh insult. Mot every iem has the same sound signature but when an iem excels at whatnot does it deserves to be praised. Maybe others aren't hearing what I'm hearing?
