Iconic Colors
Purple and green. A classic color combination that has been used for some of the most memorable heroes and villains across generations and cultures. From the pages of comic books to the big screen, the colors of purple and green have been touted by some truly iconic characters. For this particular keyset, the inspiration came while the designer, thesiscamper, was reading Batman: The Killing Joke. The inspiration for the EVA set came from talking with users in the "Interest Check" forum, who said that the colors are similar to the EVA 01 from Evangelion. The Joker and Shinji Ikari, the pilot of the EVA 01, were the two individuals in mind when the set was designed, but with this set of colors you could match it to any number of your favorite characters. As for the name, well, that's obvious: Both the Joker and Shinji are mentally troubled—hence Troubled Minds.
Note: The parent set is a full 99-key base set for ANSI tenkeyless, or “TKL,” keyboards. Optional key packs will be available to enable compatibility with full-size, 60%, winkeyless, and other non-standard key sizes and layouts. All packs include only the keys pictured.
To avoid errors/confusion with the current checkout system, we will be changing the drop points manually for this drop. We are paying attention to the number of child kits being bought as well. If they reach certain quantities, we will adjust their prices accordingly. You may notice fluctuations in your checkout price as we make these adjustments on the back end, but you will not be charged more for anything.
