I heard that some of the TEKs had problems with key presses and such. Have any of these keyboards in the drop had any such problems? What also is the return policy on this in case there is a problem with the keyboard?

haniviThe only keypress issues I've heard of come from people who are not used to mechanical keyboards and their ability to register keypresses without bottoming out the key. Thus, when people are learning to use the TECK and are hesitant about their keypresses, they end up getting multiple presses from switch bouncing.
