I bought one of these by myself about 5-6 months ago. A bunch of keys started bouncing after about 3 months. Took a month for Truly Ergonomic to respond to any of my emails. Eventually I was able to send mine back for a refund, but I'm still waiting for the money.
Just wanted to share my anti-recommendation.

joelandersYeah, I've been seeing complaints about their customer service all over the Internet. It looks like they're very, very slow with emails, have trouble with fulfilling warranty requests, and sometimes downright don't return your money after a refund/return, despite their whole "60 day" guarantee bullhonkey.
I was tempted, but there's no way I'm going to give a disreputable company like that my money. I'll hold till the next ErgoDox drop. Please be soon!

DharmaTurtlei would rather believe that small companies and the creator of the items don't really intend their customer service to suck and put shame to the otherwise unrelated product reputation itself which should be based on its designs and ideas. I really don't give a fuck about functionality, those are secondary things that not so bright people work on. not interesting topics.
