Due to the holiday volume, our keycap shipment is still currently stuck at Chinese custom waiting to be cleared for export. Once the shipment is released from custom, we should have everything shipped out to everyone from our warehouse within 7 days.
Being what it is, it's not the most trivial for us to predict how long it will take before we can have the shipment back on its way to us. But I'll keep you guys updated once we hear any update from Vortex about the custom situation.
