seems that the last time this was offered many people were upset with the quality of the bracelet, compared to the batch before--the bracelet itself and the clip--do we know if the quality will be improved/returned for this time around?

anonudid you end up ordering? Was the quality improved? After reading comments, I’m hesitant to order this item. I’m seeing it is low quality, doesn’t meet expectation, and runs small :/

I am enjoying wearing my bracelet. Have had no problems with the clasp. If anything, it is sometimes difficult to open when it's on, which is better than falling off!

Nearly lost this bracelet, as the clasp came undone and was only saved by my sweater hanging on to it. Now I'm worried about losing it when it's on my arm. Also, the markings are very 'fuzzy', which defeats the object of having a ruler. Very disappointed. I'm in Australia, don't want to pay the expense of returning it, so have to chalk this down to a loss!

Firstly I love Massdrop and buy a bit of stuff - this bracelet is nice but too small. I ordered the large one and checked the measurements because I have a large wrist and it only just fits = tight. Such a shame I will give it too a friend.

I received mine last Thursday (7-13) the clasp has already fallen off. Only wore it three times. So disappointed. I rarely use Massdrop and this sure won't encourage me to continue. I am not sure who to contact or how.

Really disappointed in the quality. Like MEvans01, I ordered the blue bracelet and am very disappointed that it is just shy of black. The only way I know it is supposed to be blue is that the underside is blue. It is also of inferior quality to the prior vendor, as I'd ordered two of those bracelets before and they were amazing. The closure is weak on this one as well. I've emailed CS and hope they make it right.

danaofunwindI FINALLY got a reply from CS, and they want pictures of everything... invoice, bracelet, any stickers on the bracelet packaging... guess I'll send tonight because I'm at work. I get the feeling I'll get the 'handmade item, allow for variations' line.

I just received mine, and I ordered the blue... well... the inside of the bracelet is blue, but the face of it is pitch black! Really disappointing. Stamping isn't clear either!

Is the shipping always done by covered wagon? I'm in California and according to tracking, the item took two days from PA to Bakersfield, CA - and will now take seven days to travel the remaining 300 miles.
**update** received bracelet today (7/13/17), four days ahead of scheduled delivery. Glad I was home, sort of. When I took the bracelet out - damn, what a sorry mess. The stamping is so blurry you can't make out anything; it just looks a mess, like someone's first leatherworking class. If something this small is this bad, I'm reluctant to join any other drops.
