I used these on the first keyboard I built on my own - a kit also from Drop - and they were a great addition to a decent first built. I don't use that keyboard as much as I used to, but it still finds its way into my rotation every now and then!
Price aside, these stabs have no flaws. Use washers for the screws and lube them (but no need to clip them since they are flush already) and imo there is no need to band aid mod them.
That being said, while these are supposedly smoother than Durock stabs, you can hardly tell the difference and the latter are cheaper.
It's mostly the Zeal tax you're paying for. Especially now with Durocks and all their derivates, it's hard to justify these if you don't care for the "Zeal" name.
I use zeal stabs on all of my boards. It is a tad smoother than durock. However with lube the difference is indifferentiable. Buy this if want everything to be the best. If you want something cheaper but a tad less smooth, then get durock
