A "system outage" lasting for weeks and delaying orders across the board? This is pretty unacceptable and honestly sounds a bit made up.

I am not entirely sure to be honest. I don't really understand how something like a "system outage" could be used as a catch-all to justify a delay in all items by weeks or even months. So if you ordered a pair of headphones in December, you will likely get them in February lol - and that's operating under the assumption that there will be no more delays from now until then. How could the timeframe be that extreme? Pretty disheartening as this is my first purchase through Drop (for an item I've been eyeing for a while) and a big reason as to why I finally pulled the trigger is because it was in stock. Sucks to have to wait so long.
