Hey all, it seems that we (I) made a clerical error and the SF and Phoenix drops were swapped at some point. If you have been struggling to find a board that should have been there, I am terribly sorry for the mistake. The list in the OP has been updated to reflect this. This does mean that drops which were thought to be taken and crossed off are actually available to be claimed - please check the list above for current status.
Phoenix 1 sure seemed to not be there. Briefly stopped at the trailhead where the coordinates are and looked around but didn't find anything. There are no parking signs and a construction project further up the trail, so just left after walking around the area for a few minutes. The public trails are accessible to foot traffic, but the road to the trailhead is gated off. The parking lot where the coordinates lead also has no parking signs everywhere. It's a tough spot because if you deviate too far from the trailhead you're likely to end up in someone's backyard, too.
There was a mistake made at some point during our tracking and updating of the caches. I think this was my fault, and I'm really sorry for all the trouble and hassle it caused you and any others. :( The silver lining is that I think the other Phoenix and SF drops are is still there, if you're feeling daring enough to give them a shot.

HoffmanMysterUnfortunately the other drop is just too far. I was surprised to see the drop in the east valley still unclaimed when I finished work for the day, so ran over there. That one is only about 15 minutes from my part of the valley. The one over on the west side is about a 30 minute drive with traffic now that I'm home. Someone else will get it.

We're at the SF#1 coords, but don't see anything. Claimed or am I not looking hard enough? Not sure how precise the coords are!
Gineton2It looks like they screwed up and marked the wrong coordinates as claimed for SF and Phoenix. I refreshed after pointing out that 1 seemed gone in Phoenix and the claimed geocaches for both cities were swapped.

Bummed there's nothing for Canada but this is a helluva promotion. Way to be Drop team!
Huge shout out to @storyboardtech for managing to leave the two Chicago caches at the actual desk Tolkien used to write his classic books.

Please note if you are seeking the Chicago cache, please be respectful of the museum's rules and property. The first keyboard is located in the desk, and after being claimed the staff will replace it with the second keyboard.

Will the LotR designs ever make it onto Cherry profile keycaps? I can't help but imagine Drop would sell so much more of them if they were.
No love for the east coast?
Hey @HoffmanMyster if you’re looking to add Richmond, VA next year, I’ve got you! Haven’t fired up the Geocaching app in a few years, but I’ve still got my account.
