Is it missing the correct Home button for a drop alt? I don't see it in the images, I only see the TKL home keycap and the ALT's home button is a row lower.

Over the years of collecting mechanical keyboard switches, I’ve been lucky enough to have encountered dozens upon dozens of rare and unique ones that have stuck in my mind to this day.
