It sounds like you’re working with a keyboard that requires a specific firmware format to flash. The .bin file you downloaded may not be the correct format for your keyboard.

- Check the Configuration Tool: Ensure you're using the right settings in the keyboard configurator. Sometimes there are options to export the firmware in different formats. Look for a setting that allows you to export as a .uf2 file.
- Visit the Manufacturer’s Page: Sometimes the manufacturer provides the correct firmware files on their support page. Check if there’s a dedicated section for firmware downloads.
- Use QMK or similar firmware: If your keyboard supports QMK or a similar firmware, you might be able to compile your layout there, which can provide a .uf2 file.

Hello everyone! I'm looking to join DKC, but I have a few questions. The first day of November has already passed. Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)? What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category? For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount. Will the percentage discount apply to all mechanical keyboard items in an entire order, or it can only be applied to a single mechanical keyboard item in the order? Thanks in advance!
