We’re Expanding Our Return Policy

Greetings everyone, It’s our aim to create the best experience for the members of the community, and this includes the purchasing of products. Today we’re kicking off a limited time test in which we’ll be expanding upon our 30-day return policy in the US. Starting now, across most of our Drop Studio products, you’ll be able to return (or exchange) the item you purchased within the first 30 days, no questions asked. Think of it as we’re taking out the risk of getting that product you’ve had your eye on. Whether the item is available for pre-order or available in our store, if you purchase any of these products between May 24 and July 22, they will be eligible for free returns. All eligible products will have a call-out on their respective product pages. Some exceptions will apply and items must be innew, unused condition.. This test will cover a large number of Drop Studio products. Just look for this disclaimer at the bottom of the product pages:

For all other products purchased on our site, we only offer returns/replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, not as advertised, or missing components. Check out the Help Center article for the full details of our test and existing policy here or you can reach out to Drop Support (https://drop.com/support) with any questions. After July 22, we’ll be concluding the test, assessing how it all went, and then working on the next steps. So stay tuned, and we’ll keep you updated as per any and all developments. Is there a way to return a product if Covid had it take forever to get to me? I bought headphones (accidentally bought double of everything) almost half a year ago and they FINALLY showed up recently. However, they hurt very badly to wear for just a few minutes. Also, being a European style headphone, I am unable to even use all of the things I have (I also bought double of the amplifier). Is there a way to return the items even though the return policy is 30 days only? Or does it matter only ONCE I GET THE PRODUCT? If it is by the time it was bought, then it's already been, as I mentioned, a few months since then. Regardless, I want to return the products (all of them, not just the accidental second buy). Is this possible?

Has anyone been successful with returning anything to drop. I have sent various emails about a return but they haven’t responded yet and it’s been over five days but when I didn’t receive my package They answered really quick and sent my replacement item out quickly. Now that I have a problem with the item and I want to exchange it I get no answer.

Elmonstro78It seems like this is a shady company, to say the least. They'll get you to buy, and then they avoid you until you give up if what you receive is not good and is trying to be returned. "Make the money and get out!"

ResistakillWell they did answer me after about I say almost two week. But they did and gave me the refund back. But it did take a lil time. I would think customer service would at least take 1-3 day, but two week is kind of crazy.

Hello I'm a first time customer. I received a set of Sennheiser HD 58x Jubilee headphones. They arrived quite quickly considering the COVID slow down. Thank you for the fast shipping time. The sound is amazing with, or with out and amp but, they have one glaring issue. The right side doesn't work at all. First I checked the plug then switched the wires on the drivers. The left side was playing the right channel and still no sound from the right. Contacted customer service and received automated email. Tried to contact them 3 more times. I have also checked my spam folder just in case. Over a week has passed, I don't recall or care at this point. My main question is, HOW can someone return/exchange an item if customer service doesn't reply?

Does not matter. It can be 14 days 30 days or entire year. As long as you require customers to send you photos and all this other time wasting crap your return policy will suck. I am dealing with this right now and will not be making any more purchases for this reason. I got sent the wrong color item and I am being asked to jump through hoops just to get RMA. It’s actually sad when you think about the fact that it’s just a $25 dollar product. I have done a few exchanges / returns and it’s never been fraustration free it’s actually maddening when you think about it in terms of today’s standards in online retail. Who wants to spend hours going back and forth about things you should be keeping record of anyway? It’s just a way for them to deny returns and exchanges since they have to take the loss more times than not. But creating a horrible user experience is more detrimental in my opinion and that’s the line they are toying with now. Sad.
