I've been looking at buying some stuff from Drop recently but was turned off by the US focused shipping and extraordinary costs for shipping to the UK. Only after delving through multiple pages did I find this, and then see that the Euro Warehouse failed? I've spent 2years browsing things on Massdrop, then Drop, and not ONCE seen this advertised as a service.
Please look at bringing this back, and actually letting folk know its a thing, you may actually get somewhere.

D_Watson920Yeah it failed, not unexpected either. It was not advertised at all. I guess they expected word of mouth to do all the work, which apparently wasn't enough. Very low effort attempt in my opinion.

Is there a reasonable resolution for this issue
I ordered the "Ready-to-Ship" EMU bamboo headphones on 11/13 (see Photo), with an estimated ship date of 11/18. This headphone listing is now in a preorder status, with an estimated ship date of February 14. It seems these headphones will not be shipped anytime soon, so I need this order canceled or substituted. I've contacted customer support four times, and all they have stated is "It can ship anytime" or "We will look into it." I specifically ordered a ready-to-ship item because it is a gift. My kid's Bday is approaching, and I'll need to purchase something else. What do I need to do to cancel this order? I'm fine with substituting this order for the more expensive EMU Detachable headphone that lists "Ready-to-Ship" if it actually ships as listed. Please assist with this seemingly simple request.
