Why does massdrop take for ever to ship?
Multiple of my orders have passed the date that they were supposed to even ship by, and many more have just been late. Why does massdrop take so long?

My order for a deskmat was supposed to arrive on Oct 3, the tracking app said Oct 4, and it ended up arriving on Oct 7 lol.
No idea how their system works.
Looks like not much has changed in 4 years.

In my experience u should not order from here the tracker was in my area so I thought it would come today but instead it went the opposite direction to another city 10 hours away ,they could’ve just delivered it while they were near me but they didn’t and know it’s gonna take another couple weeks.

3 years later nothing changed. i rather dont get a groupbuy then order ever again from drop. first they send an amplifier even though i ordered keycaps, then they take 20 days for each shipping. and it took 20 days till i got my refund from the wrong package. i heard that i was lucky that i even got a refund. they call themself drop, but rather name themself "wish 2"

I paid 20 bucks for 2 day shipping but instead of shipping it faster, they extended the time it takes to package and process the order then reduced the shipping time so in total, the delivery date didn't change. I paid 20 bucks for no reason. Customer service is pretty bad.

so i ordered my 6xx sennheisers on the 9th and from what im reading i shouldnt expect them till january.

Ordered some Aliaz Silent Tactile switches from them. I paid for 3-5 day shipping, took a week to process, understandable. However, once it got to the UPS facility, it's been past the 3-5 day span. Seems like I just wasted my money trying to get quicker shipping, can't believe I almost tried to pay for one day shipping.

I ordered a 58x Jubilee an was expecting it on the 16th, and they just shipped today. I am excited, though.

@donutholer ...I've got the same question especially when the item is listed as "IN STOCK" I've checked around on drop.com and found their shipping time frame 3-5weeks with no explanations as to why or even how shipping works, nor do you have a choice for shipping option it's "free" nor do they show who's shipping until AFTER you've paid. My latest purchase is being shipped by PostNL International (based in the Netherlands) for a knife made in China. Does that make sense? Not to me it doesn't. Drop seems to be experimenting with shipping options as my last orders were shipped by Fedex SmartPost although slow it was easily tracked. I think Drop should give option of how our purchases are shipped including pricing BEFORE PURCHASE like 95% of other companies.

I placed an order that is in stock on April 29. It's scheduled to arrive next Friday May 22. I order coffee three days ago and got it within 2 days! I also would have paid a little extra to get my headphones sooner. Not sure why this has to take so long.

As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)

It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts?

I miss Massdrop
Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?
