Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)? What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category? For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount. Will the percentage discount apply to all mechanical keyboard items in an entire order, or it can only be applied to a single mechanical keyboard item in the order? Thanks in advance!

As the title states, i never made an account with drop and was made one after purchasing something here. It's asking me to provide my old password (which i don't have, never made one) to create a new one. usually websites would provide a "Forgot Password" option to recover or change your password but this doesn't. Anyone know whats going on?

Does Alice still live here any more? I'm almost exclusively interested in blank keycaps, preferably cherry profile that are compatible with an Alice board. I'm not at all interested in QWERTY keycaps. I type on a Dvorak board and am transitioning to Colemak. I suppose a dual legend set that has both of those would be acceptable, but I really don't need key legends, and prefer the look of blank keys. Am I in the right place? There don't seem to be many options.

I'm having trouble downloading the right file from the keyboard configurator on the drop website. When I download the file for my custom layout it comes as a .bin file however, it says I need a .uf2 file to flash the keyboard.

As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)

Hello all, I just opened my holiday box for today and was delighted that I got a code that would give me a DKC membership for a year for just a dollar! Considering I was already thinking of joining DKC, this is a pleasant surprise. I tried to apply it and it says it doesn't apply to the items in the cart when the only item in my cart is the DKC 1-year membership. Am I doing something wrong? Hello, this is my first ever keyboard I've had like this, all previous have had LED settings and colors very built in, so I'm extremely confused on how to change the LEDs, the color and maybe lighting pattern of this keyboard... I've seen that there are some tutorials for different drop keyboards, but this one specifically is a ENTR keyboard I think, and I have not been able to find any tutorial for that. I love the keyboard I think its awesome, I just need some help to figure out how to customize the LEDs. Thanks
