Well, I’ve gone from 4 communities to 1 1/2 (and Drop won’t let me “Subscribe” to that half: “More Community Picks” (although what the community has to do with it anymore, I have no idea)) My main complaint is how this was handled. I’m sure they have plenty of metrics telling them which communities were making them money (and metrics telling them how much less time we’re spending on site after the changes). But Drop made these massive changes without notifying their members – no email, nothing pinned to the front page, no RSS feed or blog with news articles. I only found out about it when I filed a ticket that 75% of my communities had “vanished”, I figured it was just a bug on their back end ...
