@Kevin can you please explain to those of us that ordered the HE4XX why we got an estimated ship date of Dec. 4th, followed by Dec. 14th, followed by Dec. 30th? I ordered these in November as a Christmas gift. Waiting till the 14th or so would have been fine, but the 30th is ridiculous. That's going to ruin a lot of Christmas's for people.

SpydieHolesForDays@Kevin This is some great customer service. Ignore multiple requests for info, just keeping changing data on the website. Why does the date keep changing on these headphones? Why are you guys at DROP not saying anything???
SpydieHolesForDays@Kevin should people just cancel these orders and get the HE400i's on Amazon? The dates keep changing and you are off playing in discussions about keyboards while ignoring everyone that is trying to figure out what is going on with their headphone orders. Remember that your profile is public and we can all see you responding to conversations about keyboards while we all get left in the dark. Not a good way to handle customer service.
