I received an empty box (no keyboard) and DROP isn't responding to my emails. What should I do?

When the keyboard came (about a week late) i was annoyed to find the keyboard didn't come. Irritated and annoyed beyond belief.

Have you contacted support via your 'Transactions' page? That's the way to do it, I've always gotten fast responses that way.

Ah, that is too bad. They used to be super responsive... Perhaps it's time to drop Drop.
