It takes some hard work removing keycaps from KB Paradise ALPS switches, they are on there pretty good.
You could easily pull the whole switch open if you're not careful.
NotThatCoolIt fits Ok. You are not going to be able to use all of the screw holes.
If I remember correctly I used only 3 of them.
But the tolerances are not so good, you are going to have a gap between the switchplate and the case arround 1.5mm. Here are some potato cam images:

I think only these keycaps on KBP keyboards are this tight fitted. I removed mine with an old credit card.
I think a wire keypuller would be Ok, but with some ducktape on the wires,, because the amount of force you need to pull them off would surely damage the caps.
