Bought this badly made chair with the Arozzi name before I researched other gaming chairs.
Other chairs: foam padding, several ergonomic adjustments, up to 22" from floor.
This chair: no padding, 1 adjustment up/down (no higher than 16"), a few reclining angles.
Essentially, I think, the same as the manufacturers that make inferior goods under their name for sale at outlet malls.
You get what you pay for. I will be skeptical of Massdrop deals from now on.
Mainly joined this drop because of all of the amazing feedback I've heard of Arozzi Customer Support through this website. I ordered it in late November, and the chair wasn't expected to arrive till Christmas, but it came within a week of my order.
Once I received it, assembly was a bit more work than I think it should've been (some parts could have been assembled by manufacturer without sacrifice of shipping space). Even so, assembly wasn't all that difficult. However, I'd 100% recommend getting the fake leather one. While these chairs offer MUCH better back support and posture than my old fake leather office chair, it's a lot less comfy (maybe I just need to break it in?). While it is a great chair for the price, I think I've seen better off-brand ones on Amazon that go for the same price as this drop.
EDIT: After a few months of having it, the chair broke in nicely, except for some screw on the armrest have been coming loose (I made sure all screws were well tightened during assembly). I have also been experiencing an issue with the reclining feature, where the slightest of pressure will cause the back piece to collapse all the way down (aka the reclining locks don't stick). Hopefully I just got a dud, but I've been contacting support to get it fixed. Unfortunately the support team hasn't been quite as responsive as the reputation they have on this website. Overall I think the chair is 'ok'. I would for sure go for an extra $50-$100 and get another chair from a drop on this website. This chair isn't bad, I just think you can get a much higher quality one for a little bit more. Personally, I think the pho leather is a better pick comfort wise than the fabric ones all gaming chairs have to offer. I will change my 3 star rating when the reclining feature is fixed (if it's even fixable at all, or if that's just how low quality the chair is).
