This is the 6th item that I ordered from Drop that I didn't receive in the mail. This is an unreliable company that uses the worst shipping methods available. It takes months for items to ship around the United States and most of the time they get lost in transit (happened 1 time) or sent back to the delivery warehouse (this happened 6 times). These fools make the same mistakes over and over again. They obviously don't care if you get the things you pay for. Usually they will tell you that they are not sure why the item was returned but they don't have any extras to send me because they over sell their products. Buy at your own risk.

AamarokThat's the point. The point is to get Drop to see this because they have no customer service. I want them to be annoyed that they suck and try to get better. Also, maybe some of the companies that use drop to sell their products will get annoyed also and tell drop to get their act together. Its frustrating to buy many products and spend tons of money with these guys and they keep making mistakes without fixing them. So I'm leaving this up. I could careless what you think.

Rowdy2026Funny how you assume in lying. I have some much time to make up stories about companies shipping problems. Yeah, I love waisting my time figuring out why my orders don't arrive, and why I can't get a hold of customer service for over 2 weeks. That's a good idea, to censor open chats so nobody can get accurate information. They can delete it if they want. Doesn't bother me. I think your mom is calling you powdy2026 to clean your room before dinner.

tcurtis6984This is one of the products that was shipped and returned without me knowing. I had to wonder why my speakers didn't show up. Find out myself what went wrong because Drop didn't return any of my messages and emails for a couple weeks. This is rediculous way to conduct business and people should know about it and make their own judgement call. But you clowns don't believe in freedom of speech so people may never see the entire picture.

tcurtis6984I also didn't receive any message or notice that the items were returned so I would assume that they were in transit still when they had been sent back to a warehouse a few weeks earlier. Then when I would research what happened, I would notice that it says my items were delivered. When they were never delivered to me.

Rowdy2026As far as I'm aware, I don't get to choose my shipper. Drop can find a reliable shipper or just make the same mistake over again. But, I'm not replying on this any more. My point was made.
