I can see the classic rounded tanto , but this is more like 1990s ancient Japan. Don't remember the ancient Japanese using solid titanium scales that often. Not a bad looking knife though.

It looks like today, 04Apr2019, this offer represents a very good deal. I could not find it for under $176.00 anywhere, including The River and eBay.

Thanx for the corroboration. I am always a bit reluctant to make such statements because I didn't look for better deals over 5 minutes or so. But I felt led to say something because of the previous posts about this not being a good deal. If I didn't have so many of the Ti/S35VN knives, I might take the plunge. I also have a Bestech Swordfish in my pocket which is a terrific knife.

Logos do not make any difference as long as it is the same knife with the same steel. You can do the research it is not difficult. I just bought it for $119 and then saw it for even less. I said the it SHOULD be less than $100 for it to be a good deal. MD does not have a good deal on this knife.

This knife can be bought for significantly less and in stock many places. This knife with MD should be less than $100 to be a deal.

Yeah, that's where I got mine on the clearance at that price. Weird that when I googled it earlier it only got me to this current version there
