So everything on Massdrop is in USD currency right? A local store in Sydney seems to be selling these for the same $379.99 but in AUD which would be $291.01 USD

The cable is not flat and the headband puts more pressure on the head than the Premiums. The bass is also lacking and the treble is boosted. These are detailed headphones, so buy them for detail and not something that needs a lot of bass.
