Massdrop have refunded me because the lost the watch on route to DHL dispatch office.

I rang DHL to find where my watch is, they have not physically received the package yet,
Only an electronic registration, has everyone else received there orders?

Got it yesterday. Brand new with all boxes, tape etc. Warranty card is from the UK. Serial numbers match paperwork and the boxes. Running perfect time so far.

Couldn't get an answer from mass drop if the order itself (not the watch) is insured in any way. What happens for example if the watch goes missing before I received it or if I received it destroyed after an accident during the shipment process

YechielzI'd figure that massdrop would need to refund your money, and if they didn't, just do a charge back to your card.
if you order, I'd suggest arranging for the doing company to hold it at their location for you to pick up. that way it won't get stolen. also, shoot video as you take possession of the watch, and open the box when you do just to be sure that there is no question.
i do that anytime i order something expensive.

Not my taste, but killer drop for those with one of these on their radar.

I do t know what it is about engraved bezels but I don't like them.
