Featuring CPM 154 blade steel, this utility paring knife is handcrafted in Los Osos, California by culinary knife enthusiast Don Carlos Andrade. With machine-satin finished blade bevels and a working finish on the blade flats, this custom paring knife is a unique combination of toughness and elegance. The handle is fashioned from Antique Ivory Paper Micarta held together with mosaic pins. Its curved, tapered edge gives it a smooth, angular shape that provides a better grip in your palm. Don’s signature blue dot on the edge of the handle is made with Blue Paper Micarta, adding a colorful undertone to an exquisite handcrafted knife.
