A suggestion for the site; When customers are about to make a purchase, show a popup reminding them about the possible long wait times before a product ships out before they purchase it so they can make the decision to buy based on time. Also be more transparent about working with new companies, maybe put in your FAQ about working with new manufacturers from time to time and that can cause unexpected delays.
quite frankly i heard about this site on a forum and it was my fault for not researching more before i actually purchased the product. In my defense though, if i knew about the possibility of a wait time this long i would have rather spent the extra 10$ and bought it elsewhere (which is why i suggested the popup before you click buy.)
I'm not mad at you folks for doing business the way you always have, but more transparency is going to piss off less people in the long run IMO.

bodybombsThank you, that's probably the best point, just like you I heard of this site on a forum as well but I was lucky enough that I did do a bit a research on how it works so when I bought in I was fully aware that it could possibly be a month before I saw the product arrive. And a pop up would be very helpful to remind people that it could take a unusually long time to get their stuff, I say thumbs up to your idea bud ;)
