Tyler. I received an email response from Corie 10 long days ago, and nothing since. That's a long time to leave a customer in limbo. Please offer some better communication on how you are going to resolve this issue. Thanx-

Very disappointed customer here... Also received one compass, but instead of the SERE compass received the tubular thing. Hope to hear from Massdrop soon how they'll settle this.

What a mess!!! You are not alone my friends. I particularly wanted the Sere compass but got the companion and the storage tube.
I already have a tube...why would I need another? This drop appears to have been a dogs dinner. I suspect the vendor ran out of the Sere compasses but didn't want to refund.
I will think long and hard before a CountyComm order in the future.
Perhaps we should all send them back as we have not been sold the advertised items???
