@Datamancer : any news? Last email I have from ya'll is 6 days ago.
At this point I count 8 people who have vocalized their lack of keys since they were shipped out on the 9th of April. @Slaine777 , @TheMadProfessor , @SteveW , @dieHexe , @Gwyden , @jjay , @CramersRule , @Birdie. That is at least 10% of the order never making it to their final destination?

GwydenMake that 9. I've been following the conversation but haven't felt the need to add anything. Mine's is also missing and still is, looks like the same problem everyone else is having (disappearing after departure from sort facility).

TheMadProfessorSo I heard back from Massdrop yesterday (4/28) saying that Datamancer will be shipping my package again...So I guess you should initiate the request with Massdrop (since they are the ones that ordered from Datamancer).

SteveWI got a communication from Massdrop on the 6th with "unfortunately, there has been a fulfillment error with the vendor and a portion of the orders have yet to be sent. However, a new order for this portion of the group has been initiated and should be shipped out no later than this week. We will be having new tracking numbers out to you following shipment of the key sets." Can't tell if "this week" means by the end of THAT week in which I received the email or a week from the 6th. Guess at this point we sit and be patient and continue to shit up the comments section warning new comers of our woes and to be wary of buying in on this one.

GwydenLook, it's not a matter of fault with Massdrop or Datamancer. Both of them have gone out of their way to solve the problems we've had. As I have said before, once the packages were received by the post office, they became the responsibility of the USPS. Neither Massdrop nor Datamancer are responsible for what the USPS employees do. The fact that Datamancer is eating the costs of new sets of keycaps for those of us who didn't get theirs means that they are definitely a company worth doing business with. The only suggestion I would have for solving the shipping issue in the future is to use, at the very least, USPS Priority Mail if not switch over to exclusive use of UPS/FedEx for shipping. I don't know about you guys, but I'm fed up with the USPS and would gladly pay the extra amount it could cost to use Fedex or UPS.

Though I don't know how much that would have helped in this case since Datamancer shipped the package to us directly rather than through Massdrop...

SteveWWell, either way, you make your payment to Massdrop as opposed to Datamancer. The only thing is that I guess they would have to parse the orders to Datamancer (or whichever company the product comes from) so that it shows who paid for what kind of shipping.
