The product WORKS, but that being said there is NOTHING that can really help you figure out how to get it to work on your own with out their discord server, and even then you still have to hunt down people that have some idea on how to get things to work, don't waste your money unless you know how to setup things yourself.
This is the link from DOIO website that includes both the json file and instructions to get this working in VIA, both desktop and web version: http://doiokb.com/index.php?m=home&c=View&a=index&aid=430&lang=en
I recommend using the webversion as it was easier to trouble shoot, additionally I also recommend using custom switches and keycaps. The ones included aren't bad just it is way too bright out of box and I personally didn't like the sound they made.
That being said, this is a decent pad, from my experience. However the lack of information on Drop on how to get this working leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. It would've been ok if I didn't have to rummage my way through the internet to find anything. Tried multiple times to find information on this product outside of complaints and people talking about other DOIO products with little luck. Eventually found their website via a reddit post and I found the product page.
It wasn't the end of the world but people expect to be able to find information about something they've bought on the website they bought it from. If the headache that I got from trying to get this working was on the spec sheet I wouldn't be so annoyed.
Ps. I understand some of the comments and discussion post can be alittle over the top but there's been no response from support as of this post which is just not great. You can't make everyone happy but like ignoring the problem doesn't solve it. Like when this thing got barely any reviews and the only other 2 were 1 star someone somewhere should've went "Hmm that doesn't seem right" and looked into it, idk.
Do not buy from either of these names with Doio and Megalodon. It is an outright lie that this thing works, nor can it be practically programmed (I'm sure someone who can program the .bin file could). There is no support. And on top of that "NO RETURNS"....such utter bullshit. Drop, you should be better. Goodbye.
