Flashed the firmware using the right-side USB-C port, now the keyboard only works using the left-side port... Submitted a request to support but curious if anyone else has run into this issue? When I plug the keyboard in using the left USB port, the keyboard works fine and the updated configuration has been loaded. Just tried flashing to the default firmware and that didn't fix it either. Here's what I sent to support:
I just flashed the firmware on this keyboard using the right-side USB-C port, and now the keyboard does not work using that port, but it still works using the other port.
If I simply unplug and plug the keyboard in using the right USB port, nothing happens and there is no red light indicating power and none of the keys work. If I push in the reset pin, the red power LED does light up and I'm able to flash the board again with all success messages, but the board continues to not work as before.
If I plug the keyboard in using the left USB everything works fine, including plugging a peripheral into the right port.
How do I get the keyboard working using the right USB port again?
