This keyboard died after 7months
It was nice but first the led went out then some keys slowly stopped working now the cord doesn’t even power on the keyboard I complained first and was only compensated $20 in store credit … For $500 you’d expect a life long keyboard nearly im highly disappointed and if it’s not made correct I will be taking my commerce elsewhere. I’ll edit if any update.
definevalueThis certainly doesn't seem right. I'll look into this and we'll reach out in about 24h! I apologize the trouble and inconvenience.

Moon Shot - worth it? Yes.
Let's get this out of the way - it is expensive. Can any keyboard be worth this much? Well, not if you figure it on parts alone, but here you have a rare company dedicated to keeping hand-built mechanical keyboards and keycaps in stock. A living, breathing, US company that stood through COVID and still has product, albeit in limited quantity, has to be worth something. And when you add that to the parts prices, the answer is yes. Not that many will be able to justify such a price for a keyboard.   As Ferris Bueller observes, "If you have the means, I highly recommend it."   Do they go beyond having product? Yes. I had one complaint once and the response was immediate and helpful. Exactly what any reasonable person might expect. Of course, your mileage may vary, as with anything.   If you’re a collector of mech boards, Drop keeps it interesting, and they keep the quality up there, right next to home-baked hyper-modded built-from-scratch nose-in-the-air boards that get more use on WASD than any other keys.   The people that pick nits are so deep in the weeds that it would be near-impossible to satisfy them fully and still have a viable business. Suppliers are constantly a nuisance, and you cannot report to all the world every time you buy from x instead of y.   Back to this board, which is a lovely Drop Ctrl high profile forged in arctic blue. This is a great base for the board, at 4lb weight, nice LEDs, etc. They add their version of Holy Pandas, which so far have been lovely. The Moonshot in SA has reminded me that SA is my favorite profile, even over Matt3o. Of course, I've been on keys since those original terminals were all that existed, so maybe I'm just a dinosaur. My one complaint (wish?) is that the Moonshots were done in PBT instead of ABS. I shine up the keys and this is collectable, so I've already swapped the spacebar and enter keys with PBT to keep them nice for a while.   If you read and read and over-analyze, you'll hear about a double-strike issue with Drop Ctrls. Not on either of mine. Maybe they fixed it, or maybe it just doesn't manifest for me.   That all said, who is this reviewer? I am a coder primarily, but I also do quite a lot of writing. I cannot address issues related to gaming, however, sorry, not my thing.

down sizing keyboards takes some time but i am quickly falling in love with the design and feel with this keyboard. the the custom words used on the enter, backspace, alt etc keys make this keyboard even more entertaining. i am happy i made this purchase.
