Sorry for the delay in the update on this one. This was caused by a minor bug in our internal update system, and it has since been fixed.
Back to the matter at hands, we have just received the keycap shipments from Taiwan moments ago. Our warehouse staff are sorting through them as we speak. We are aiming to get most of the orders out today, and wrap up the remaining first thing on Monday.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/11.

Sir_NitaiSafe assumption. Nothing we can do. Plus they just got it... let's just hope they are able to sort and ship out all orders today
