Dwarf Factory Moondust Artisan Keycap

Dear our beloved customers,

Firstly, we would like to thank you for loving and supporting our Moondust.

As you may know, our keycaps are 100% handmade and we have a very strict QC standard. Every keycap needs to be checked carefully before sending to all customers. But to be very honest, our Dwarves team isn't confident enough to guarantee that 100% of our products are error-free. This time there are some keycaps with a little difference from the original version. In particular, the Astronaut character on our Luna Moondust - SA profile supposed to be in white, is now in orange (just like the color of Luna Moondust - DOM profile).

This issue has nothing related to the quality of the keycaps, just a minor change of the color. We understand that some of you may find it uncomfortable, and we are truly sorry for that. Each Moondust still has its own beauty, uniqueness and still carries all of our effort. That’s why we really hope for your understanding!

Hi dear, yup I know you are expecting your keycap but for North America and entourage sometimes the shipping time is longer than others. Plz wait you'll receive it soon. :D

I'm so pumped for this. I'm a space geek and love anything to do with the moon landing so I've had my eye on this one for ages. Glad I managed to snag the DOM Luna when I did. Not surprised this drop has sold out so quick! Can't wait!

DwarfFactoryThanks for the reply. I know this might not mean much but that keycap is by far my favorite keycap I have ever seen and I would be incredibly grateful if you could bring it back. Obviously I understand if it is not a possibly especially giving the COVID sircumstances but I just wanted to let you know as I have been annoyed everyday that I think about missing out on those keycaps. Is it normal that the cap doesn't go as "deep/far" as the rest of your caps? It sits a bit higher on the switch which doesn't look as clean as I hoped it would. Stunning looking artisan none the less!

Fingers crossed my sister gets them soon! I am from Ecuador, so unfortunately have to direct my shipments to her when I have such long wait times :( Congrats on your caps!

Alejo1707Hi dear, we know you are expecting your keycaps but for other regions such as Beijing (China), Singapore, India, South Korea, Australia,... the package will be delivered slower than usual due to COVID-19 pandemic.
