Beautiful & Cute
I purchased the raw salmon keycap and I really like the simplicity in the details and it works really well as a focal point on a floating key type keyboard.

Very nice!
Very nice quality! Like I've come to expect from DF even though this one might be a little simpler than their usual designs.

My very favorite food, in artisan form!
I love unagi and sushi in general, so this keycap was a no-brainer for me. One star off because I wish it came in DOM profile, to better preserve the sculpt.

Nice concept, but lacks DF level detail
My second artisan from DF after last year's Antisanta, so I had high expectations for their quality. Generally the detail of my unagi keycap was decent for the main elements i.e. torched meat on the top, rice grains, seaweed texture and sesame seeds. The size of each element were well proportioned too. However if you look closely the colour of the end product on the unagi, it is a much paler brown and less orange/salmony colour than the promotion images. See my image taken under natural daylight; it looks a lot more like dry/old unagi compared to the freshness and glazed look in their promotion images. Next look at the darker brown underside which is supposed to be the skin. The end product is more of a blob/paste compared to the fibrous texture seen on the listing. Overall the keycap is fine but not amazing. A little disappointed in the lack of detail compared to what was advertised and particularly since it costs the same as Antisanta series at 45USD, which is highly detailed and matching their photos.
