2 years later and I wholly regret this purchase. The arm rests broke off the sides, the arm rests also wobble an extreme amount, the back won't stay upright and falls back when any force is applied, the piston is shot and the chair does not stay up, two of the wheels are stuck/don't roll any longer, and the material on the seat area and backrest is almost completely disintegrated off. This has been perhaps the most disappointing and biggest waste of money on a physical item I have ever bought. I must assume the quality of all DX Racer products are this poor. Do not buy this overpriced poorly made piece of crap.

I LOVE my Dx racer iron series. It saved my gaming hobby when i was diagnosed wwith cervical stenosis. Now my neck hurts after an hour in my work chair but i can game in my Dx Racer Iron series for hours and hours without pain. So i need the mass drop so i can get a Dx Racer Iron series for work as well.

I got this chair a few months ago and love it. It's well made, provides great support, is simple to adjust and perfectly comfortable at task—I'm a writer and sit at my keyboard for long hours—or fully reclined for watching movies or settling into a headphone chill. The adjustable cervical and lumbar cushions are great and I'm always moving them around for maximum comfort. NOTE: one of the arms was completely damaged on arrival. I raised the issue to Massdrop, who put me in touch with their rep. The rep informed me that the part was currently being shipped but I'd get my replacement ASAP. Took a few weeks, but I did get the part. And now, as I said, I'm happy with the chair. My wife has a DXRacer Formula series, which she likes as well.

Even at 370, when you add 35 dollars shipping, newegg (the first site i checked) is cheaper and will deliver sooner, not to mention being in direct communication with your seller.

I'm recommend everyone not to buy and of the IB/KB DXRacer due to their faulty armrest. It's more wise to buy IS/KS or something else but the X'B' model.

I'm sorry about 'S'. It's my mistake for mixing thing up.
And when you say these photos are 3 years old, KB model only introduced last year and DXRacer've stopped bringing them to the stock since April, and this type of armrest is only for KB/IB/TB model.

I don't hate you, nor DXRacer, but people need to know what they should know. You could bring better model like KS but you brought something DXRacer stop selling them instead.

Dxracer does have very good support, when I got my King Series one of the plastic covers for the side had broken pins and they sent a replacement no questions asked.
