At time of comment (9/18/2021), the extended white is 25.99 on Amazon with free Same Day shipping if you have Prime. If you order it from Glorious directly it's also 25.99 and the same shipping price as here. Why would I buy here?

shadyincIs this common? This was my first ever order from Massdrop and I'm already disappointed. Is the delay on Massdrop's end or Glorious' end? I anticipated the mouse pad to ship when they had listed it would but so far not so good. If these type of cases happen often then I would think twice before ordering from this site again. Disappointed.

tiGGGYeah. We come here for group discounts. Some delays occur often. In this case, not sure about the reason since the email doesn’t mention any. 🤷🏻♂️

So my Mouse Mat arrived not long ago. I ordered a White XXL, and I knew it would be gamble with keeping it clean and not doing stupid stuff around it; BUT I was not expecting it to come OUT OF THE BOX with a big ol 3"x3" STAIN.

OtircamStill currently trying to clean it... Most of it seems to have come out excluding the middle where there is still about 1 cm^2 brown splotch. When I was cleaning it i also noticed a bunch of random black dots on the surface that look like someone dropped a fine tip sharpie on it. Definitely not agreeing with my anal-retentive qualities. I just wanted a white mouse pad for a clean setup is that too much to ask??? Currently hoping some time on the delicate cycle will work it out...

OtircamPut it through the washing machine a few times and it doesn't seem like they're ever going to wash out. I'm not OCD, but I definitely don't want a brown smudge on my mouse pad especially the side i can't cover up.

I do see that it's cheaper on amazon for the XXL version but the 3XL version was cheaper here than amazon. Came out to $29.99 for me including shipping.
