Its a really good looking wrist rest, if not a tab uncomfortable compared to any other ones you can get. My main issue was if a hot climate it tends to bend and flatten out after a while.
This item was delivered to me somewhere in Jan 2020 and everything was fine, a look, the build, flatness :) as this was very much linked to the delivery of a SHIFT keyboard the wrist rest was laying on a shelf waiting its time...
What was my surprise when I have "unpacked" it in August (7 months later) -> it was curved, a lot curved like +30 degrees from normal.
After putting some pressure on it became more flatty but not to a perfect degree :(
yes indeed in my room sometimes could be +30 degree but in any way it could not be that a wrist rest loses its main functional purses and becomes, I don't know how to say properly but just useless.
I would not recommend it even to my bitter enemy despite it looks really nice.
Really Like the Look, but damn those quality control issues
This wrist rest looks really great, at least mine does. But the big problem is that its scuffed up everywhere. I mean nothing sand paper and polish can't fix but really wish I didn't need them.
While I understand that the final product is not going to be exactly like the samples due to the hand-made nature of these wrist rests (to say nothing of inherent variances in manufacturing in general), the color of mine was not as deep purple as I had hoped. I think they could have done more to make the process as consistent as possible. Fortunately, I didn't have any warpage issues. If I could give half stars, I'd rate this a 3.5/5.
I really hope the next run turns out better.
Took forever to come through the mail (more than 90 days), can't reallt blame the seller for that...but what was really disappointing was to wait that long to get a wrist rest with a large droop in the middle.
The design is great and aesthetically pleasing though...just sad the execution wasn't up to scratch.
