I'm having problems with mine. The K and L keys stopped working. The switches are fine. There's no dirt or erosion. I haven't spilled anything on the keyboard. They just stopped working suddenly. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in. I flashed the firmware with no change. Also several keys have had the legends wear off already. I've only had this keyboard for a month. Where do I go to get help?

Now that IDOBAO is doing dyed acrylic can we please get atomic purple, also the price on this is garbage the ID80 used to be budget friendly but now it's just greedy.
