My USB connector also broke. Is there any way to fix this or should i just open a support ticket?
Support ticket, they have just mentioned it in the previous page: they want a ticket at least to count the number of issues !!
==> All who have the issue enter a ticket ==> higher counter ==> more support for a global fix.
I also have a broken USB. It snapped off as I was plugging it in the first time to test :(
I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but how do I open a support ticket? I can't seem to find that info on the site.
