Genuinely asking, how did you make v1 perfect? by accident? I just can't believe I waited this for over 11 month. You and Drop should have canceled this if you can't make it work.

ToTi20V1 was not designed or manufactured by us. The situation was unfortunate as the manufacturer's final shipped product for these V2 stems were different than the samples provided.
We worked to resolve them as best to our abilities and are apologetic for the result.

platypusduckyeah, not everyone wants to frankenswitch but, some jwk bottoms + this stem + boba top seems ok off board. might do like 30 to try alphas/mods.

Received my replacements today. Although they arent perfect, they are useable. Ive had no issues with them putting them in retooled blacks.

So, we waited almost a year, got the same defective stuff back and now have to figure out how to get a refund on the replacement... Nice one👍

PixelPusherXXSame, these don't seem usable either. The shorter stem means that the switch travel distance goes past 4mm, this combined with the stem wobble causes interference with cherry profile caps even with south facing switches. Were these actually tested?

5/21 Update:
Got notification that the replacement batch has landed at our warehouse and are ready to be shipped out. People who opted for them should be receiving an email from CS to confirm addresses.

SpencerLCompletely unusable due to the wobble. I could not find a single switch in my collection where the stock stem was not vastly superior to whatever this is. You are literally killing the planet by producing plastic waste.
