Shipping cost just kills the deal... Really like massdrop but their prices + shipping are rarely better than other places online. In Canada at least.

Yep flat grind. With a knife of this size a saber or hollow grind would make it perform horribly.

For all of the Amazon price comparison posts...Thank your keeping us apprised of your due diligence! It has definitely been very helpful in the past to be reminded not just to get excited! but in this case the drop comes with extra handle/grip options not offered on Amazon with the $65 price and could put you close to $98 if both purchased individually on amazon

ManInTheMazeNo matter where you purchase, it comes with a second set of brown Zytel scales. I think you might be confused with the very nice micarta scales that can be purchased separately on Amazon and elsewhere for around $35.
