My pain is gone :) (copper)
I’m a programmer and basically type all day every day. I have recently been experiencing pain in my finger joints. After switching to the Copper Speed switches I haven’t had any pain in a few weeks. They register keystrokes with a very light tap, and give plenty of tactile feedback so you can all ways clearly feel when the tap has registered. In my experience these are a complete joy to type on, I would 100% recommend them to anyone who does a lot of typing!

Good Linear Switch if Lubed
These Kailh Speed Silver Switches were a bit rough and had a loud ping before I lightly lubed them with Krytox 205G0. Now they sound and feel great. Put them on a Glorious board for my nephews gaming keyboard.

Box Navy: My modern Model M dreams come true, just needs a little grease from the outside.
This is almost the perfect switch for any buckling spring lover who wishes for a modern alternative. If you check out the force curve graphs of each, you'll understand. It's one of the only switches that provide a truly equivalent mechanical tactility to my Model M, because the click bar is an actual metal spring. Everyone else is using their own version of a plastic click-jacket, which is just wimpy and fake, or sharp and hostile in comparison.
Although the click is not as loud as the Model M cacophony, it's high pitched in the way that can irritate anyone nearby. Thankfully, some lube and a decent case will make this almost office friendly. It's really one of the easiest mods you can do:
On order to greatly reduce the intolerable sharpness of the click, all you need to do is dab a little blob of grease on the end of the click bar, where it snaps back to make the click. Once you have a switch in hand, you'll understand, the click bar is where the led shines through. It just takes a small brush with a blob of grease to make these very pleasant to hear.
I gently lubed the rails, springs and stem as well, but they don't need it to feel extremely smooth and solid. If you want a firm, pleasant, truly tactile switch, this is one of the best.

Kailh Pro Purples
I've fallen down the rabbit hole of testing out various switches. I'm not big on loud and clicky so I first started with Kailh Burgundy linear switches and quickly discovered that I really needed more of that tactile feel. This led me to trying out the Pro Purples. I think I found that sweet spot and typing is enjoyable again (with fewer mistakes due to my weighty fingers).

Box Jade: These make me want to type
I love these switches. They are just the right amount of "heavy" without wearing out your fingers. Or being too light as to sound cheap and crunchy. They are LOUD. Not for use in common spaces or at work (unless you WFH).
Now the reason I gave this a 3/5 stars is because of a QC issue. Some of the switches (primarily the ones used most during gaming like the WASD keys) started having double click issues. Thankfully I had a few extra switches to replace them with but ITS SO ANNOYING to type with. And Drop didn't accept my return request so hopefully they address this or get good stock in the future.

Test the switches before putting them on nice keycaps!
The stem on the switch (navy) are very tight, they cracked my mt3 susuwatari keycaps...

there are no versions that don't have this problem. People are experiencing this with basically every single vendor there is, just don't use caps you don't want to break

8applezzKailh changed the stem design so newer box switches don't seem to have this problem. Lots of info available with a little google-fu. I'm running Silent Browns without issue that I purchased Oct 2020 (from diff vendor). BTW these work well for me "just typing" in a semi-quiet professional office which does not appreciate loud clickies.

Switch with nice feel
I got this with some vouchers and boy i never regretted it. I bought these for the purpose of using the long pole stems for frankenswitches. They certainly fit the bill, after some personal testing against other long poles like standard creams, huskies, nebulas, these switches offer a potentially cheaper alternative without compromising on sound and feel.
Just be sure to note that these are kaihl switches which will require a different type of switch opener when disassembling for lubing.

I like these. I have one with the click bar removed for my spacebar and my girlfriend has her whole keyboard as click city. they're good switches, with good construction and they're probably my favourite clicky

BOX Jades - extremely loud, tactile, and satisfying
I've tried quite a few clicky switches at this point. I think I'm probably way more into them than your average keyboard nerd, and I think more than any of the others I've tried, these stand out as providing an experience that is both unique and high quality. They're significantly more tactile than any other switch I've tried, they're significantly louder than any other switch I've tried, and honestly they're also just fun to use. I use these with some MT3 keycaps for work and I actually look forward to being able to use them every day. There's not much stem wobble nor are they scratchy due to a factory lube job. Honestly they are as good as I hoped they would be. They're just an excellent switch through and through, satisfying in every metric, including price.
I would offer some words of caution, however - they are EXTREMELY tactile and EXTREMELY loud. So if you need a quiet, very relaxing typing experience, this is just not for you. That said, if they sound even a little interesting to you, then I'd recommend giving them a try, they're very cheap compared to high-end linears and high-end non-clicky tactiles (especially if you buy them from NK instead of DROP), so I don't think there's that much of a downside in trying them.
