I have problems beyond key presses not registering -- I can't even plug my keyboard in without "USB Device Not Recognized" appearing in Windows. I got it to work once on my laptop and once on my desktop and was able to confirm that most key presses aren't registered.
If there's no firmware update for this, I'm going to refund. Physically, mine has no issues, so firmware should be able to fix.
