I received my glasses in the light horn and they are much lighter in color (very feminine looking) than depicted on the site. Additionally they are way too small and I can't wear them. The arms are not wide enough to open on my face! I immediately contacted support and was told too bad no returns. I am done here and will not buy anything again. $133 down the drain on cheaply made and misrepresented glasses. Shame on Massdrop. I have purchased other thins without a hitch and in this case-A huge hitch!

RebelrangerHowdy, I just saw your post here. Although Massdrop's policy on this drop is no returns, you can contact us at sales@kentwang.com and we accept returns for repair, exchange, or store credit. That's the best we can do as Massdrop took the payment, not us. We can definitely fix the squeaky hinge. We use the finest Italian hinges on the market, so maybe these just need a simple repair. We stand by all our products.

I got a pair the last go round. I have a wide face so got the larger size. The fit and finish is very nice on these. Unfortunately, these are very uncomfortable for me. These pinch the heck out of my nose and just make it too uncomfortable to wear. I have the KW Flemings as well and they are more comfortable on me, although a little tight around the temples. I think My bridge is just too high for the Keyhole design. I gave them to my wife and she seems to like them though.

SynnysterSorry to hear that. In our experience, the keyhole design fits almost everyone.
I'm glad that your wife is happy with these. If you like, or if anyone else is reading this, we can exchange for another pair of sunglasses. We currently have 3 different styles/shapes. Polarization on my glasses is misaligned, rendering them unusable. Submitted a support request.

Hey everyone I had the same issue: tracking showed the shipping label originated in and was delivered to, League City, Texas, however in the mailbox today I found my package! It was delivered to me safe and sound despite what tracking was saying. It looks like USPS in all it's glory, had a major glitch in their tracking system.

ChrisSnowChris, it looks like you may be right! Mailman dropped mine off not long ago - even though I too had an email saying they were delivered on the 5th in Texas.
On a side note: the glasses came with a nice blue "Kent Wang" soft cloth baggy. I didn't see this mentioned anywhere, so that was a nice little surprise. The glasses themselves look to be really high quality - can't wait to test them out!
