Sorry for the confusion with the previous launch. There was a mixup with time zones and the page went live before intended.
The page is now live again, but it did cause an issue with the add-on Palm Pad being shown as unavailable previously. If you were one of the few who was able to purchase a Kinesis keyboard in the first launch, but unable to purchase the Palm Pad add-on you wanted then please reach out to media@kinesis.com and they will help you out.

This was all the units we could offer this time around, but we understand the frustration about the quick sell out and are working with Kinesis to see if we can offer more units.

All- We are working with Drop right now on behalf of those who are trying to change their selection since some people have indicated they ordered the wrong keycaps or layout. If Drop is able to do it, Kinesis is happy to build a different configuration for you. Please be patient.

KinesisDrop has informed us that it is not possible to modify your order. You can either receive the keyboard as configured in your original order or cancel the order.
Kinesis will make all the keycap sets available for retail purchase at the time the pre-orders ship so you can always order a different set of keycaps separately.
We're sorry we don't have better news.
