While I did not buy from DROP, I have owned 2 of the non RGB (previous gen) for total of 4 years for use at work and home respectively. Very nice product, wrist pads will need replaced ~2 year if you lean on hard them like I do. Software is straightforward (stored in built in USB storage) and very customizable. Can also control macros without software using keyboard commands.

sooper8I had the same problem with the palm pads. As Knesis do not ship outside US, I have to DIY something. I tried sole cushion pad form dollar store and cork board with ok results.
