Designed by former marine and knifemaker Glenn Klecker, the Kizer Ki4437 features a 3.75-inch clip-point blade with a wide belly that excels in heavy-duty work. Made from CPM-S35VN—known for its toughness and resistance to corrosion—the blade is cut with a flat grind at the tip for extra strength when piercing, and a hollow grind on the main edge for slicing and cutting Read More
Just received mine today. This thing is awesome! I shave with and restore antique straight razors and when I sharpen them, Ill shave a bit of hair off my knuckles or hand to test it. This knife took the hair right off. It's incredibly sharp and probably the sharpest knife I've ever gotten right out of the box. The blade is so heavy I can flick it open almost effortlessly. The texture of the handle is a bit different than what I'm used too, but I like it. Mine also came with the pouch

Just received mine in the mail today as well. Overall a very nice knife! Needs a little lubrication in my opinion, but easy enough to flick. Liner lock is well tuned, and the clip isn't too tight, making it very functional. Albeit, aspects of the handle catch on my pocket no matter how I insert/remove it. The ridiculously wide blade itself has a nice stonewashed finish which is smooth and consistent.
Some aspects are not so great however. The Made in China sticker left a significant swatch of sticker glue that required some cleaning. There also isn't much of a spine on the back of the blade, making it uncomfortable to place my thumb at the back. Most knives have some form of serrations or at least texturing on the back of the blade so that the thumb isn't being cut into by the liners (fairly large gap due to thick blade). The choil is smaller than it needs to be, making it less viable to hold with alternate methods (index finger forward). Although these are all blade geometry criticisms, so not something that would ever change.
My Kizer arrived this morning. This is a serious hunk of a knife! Awesome fit and finish as I have come to expect from Kizer.
Oh and yes, it came with a soft case and two extra pocket clip screws.
Very satisfied!
